Event Tickets Purchase/Order Policy
Event Tickets purchased on the McDonald Theatre Online Store are provided as
WILL CALL only.
1.) All event tickets purchased on the McDonald Theatre Online Store for any
McDonald Theatre event will be provided at the McDonald Theatre Box Office located
at 1010 Willamette Street in Eugene, Oregon on the day of event ONLY after 5:30
p.m.
2.) Hard tickets will be provided at this time to the PURCHASER NAME PROVIDED
AT TIME OF TRANSACTION ONLY. Purchaser must provide legally sanctioned picture
identification in order to pick up WILL CALL tickets.
3.) WILL CALL LIST NAME CHANGE REQUESTS must be in house NO LATER THAN TWO BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE day of show. Please hit reply to your e-mail
purchase receipt and request the name change by providing the NAME TO BE ADDED
TO THE WILL CALL LIST. Your name will be deleted.
HARD TICKETS WILL NOT BE MAILED OR OTHERWISE PROVIDED TO USER EXCEPT AT THE
BOX OFFICE DAY OF EVENT.
All event charge prices will be in United States dollars.
Refund Policy
1.) All event ticket purchases are final.
2.) In case of event cancellation by promoter, participant or the McDonald
Theatre, purchaser will receive a refund of event ticket price minus the service
charge.
Service Charge
The McDonald Theatre charges a minimal service charge to cover online merchant
bank gateway fees.
Payment methods
The McDonald Theatre Online Store web site accepts payment by the following
credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Ticket availability
Tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Tickets are strictly subject
to availability at the time of booking.
User Conduct
1.) User Rules
You may not use the McDonald Theatre Online Store web site to transmit anything
that infringes on the rights of others; that is obscene or profane; that solicits
or advertises any products and services. Any user conduct that restricts the
daily operation of the McDonald Theatre Online Store web site is expressly and
strictly prohibited. Organizations and individuals may not use any software
program, such as robots, spiders and automatic systems to inhibit the daily
operation of the McDonald Theatre Online Store web site. Users are specifically
