McDonald Theatre Ticketing provides an opportunity to purchase GENERAL ADMISSION WILL CALL tickets online for a minimal service charge. All General Admission concerts/events are
LIMITED SEATING in order to provide a venue for dancing and freedom of movement.

All event tickets purchased on the McDonald Theatre Online Store for any McDonald Theatre event will be provided at the McDonald Theatre Box Office, located at 1010 Willamette Street in Eugene, Oregon on the DAY OF EVENT ONLY after 5:30 p.m.

McDonald Theatre Online Ticketing is now hosted on Peak Internet, a lightning fast, secure hosting company located in Corvallis, Oregon.

Hard tickets will be provided day of show only after 5:30 p.m. to the PURCHASER NAME PROVIDED AT TIME OF TRANSACTION ONLY. Purchaser must provide legally sanctioned picture identification in order to pick up WILL CALL tickets.

If you need to request a NAME CHANGE, please click to submit a name change request via our Name Change Request Form at least TWO BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE day of show. If you submit a name change request the day before or the day of the concert, the request WILL NOT be applied.

Hard Tickets Will Not Be Mailed Or Otherwise Provided To User Except At The Box Office Day Of Event.

The McDonald Theatre Online Store also provides an Authentication option, in which all guests can register by providing a unique login and password in order to easily purchase tickets online without having to input personal information each time. All personal data is stored on an encrypted database and will not be provided to any entity or organization for any reason whatsoever. Users may also purchase tickets anonymously. You can decide whether to generate an Authentication/Registration login or purchase tickets anonymously at checkout.
